I’m a psychotherapist based in Central London, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

For over 20 years, I’ve supported people through life’s challenges with a grounded, compassionate approach. My clinical training (MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy, University of London) and work in both private practice and community settings shape the way I listen and respond.

I offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what’s happening. Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly. We can work together short-term or longer-term, depending on what feels right for you.

If you’d like to explore whether this could be a good fit, I offer a complimentary 15-minute call — a chance to ask questions and get a feel for how I work. Taking the first step can feel daunting, but it can also be the start of real change.

Reach out today — I’d be glad to hear from you.
